Donations are processed immediately. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund of any donation or purchase within one business day. Donations maintained over seven days without a refund request are considered final. If there are any questions about refunds, feel free to contact us and we will do everything possible to make sure you are satisfied. Please e-mail us at info@simchapoints.org to process a refund.
